This application is for those applicants who wish to write the Paralegal licensing examination in the 2024-25 licensing cycle (summer 2024, fall 2024 or winter 2025). An earlier sitting held in winter 2024 is available on the application for applicants who graduate in time, apply and become registered prior to the applicable examination registration deadline. Please note that candidates who choose to write the early sitting held in winter 2024 belong to an earlier Licensing Cycle (2023-24) and will have a shorter licensing term within which to complete their licensing requirements.

The Paralegal program you have completed or are completing must be from a college approved by the Ministry of Colleges and Universities and must also be accredited by the Law Society at the time you apply to the Licensing Process.
